Multi-Family
Scott Auker is an accomplished developer and manager of multi-family properties. Having developed over 5,000 multi-family units as well as re-developed many other properties across the United States, Scott has exemplified an impeccable track record. Scott’s career has included working with several national multi-family developers, including JPI, Altman, and Clark Realty Capital where he led multi-family rental development efforts in the Washington D.C. and Chicago areas, North Carolina, Ohio, and Florida. He also held various construction management positions for Clark Construction, a national commercial construction company. Scott gained valuable experience at all of these companies prior to creating his own multi-family company in 2001.
Scott holds a Bachelors of Architectural Engineering Degree from Penn State University and an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Development from The American University.
During his career spanning over 20 years, Scott has successfully “worked out” several difficult projects during some adverse economic conditions. Throughout this time, Scott has developed the required skills to value and underwrite real estate and its related challenges. Today, Scott’s primary focus is to locate Multi-Family opportunistic buying opportunities for TriCapita and oversee the implementation of the management plan for each specific investment. |
