Managing Partner
Brian Mark, Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of TriCapita, has been in the commercial real estate field since 1997.
Brian earned his CPA license in 1995 and entered the public accounting field where he gained tremendous experience in analyzing and evaluating various companies’ accounting and control procedures. In 1997, he was hired as Controller and later promoted to CFO of DBR & Associates, LLC (an affiliated company of TriCapita), a $1 billion real estate asset and property management company. Brian’s experience includes overseeing the financial reporting of a $425 million dollar publicly traded real estate fund as well as numerous private clientele.
Today, Brian’s primary responsibility is supervising all facets of the financial performance of the company and laying the groundwork for the future development of the company as it continues to take on an aggressive growth strategy. His role has recently expanded into Acquisitions of new properties, whereby he is in charge of pursuing and managing the due diligence process.
Born December 6, 1970, Brian graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He spent the next two years earning a Masters of Science in Accounting from The American University in Washington, D.C. |
