Daniel Hotte, Managing Partner, has been a developer and manager of commercial real estate since 1978. After receiving his Graduate Sciences of Administration Degree from Lionel Groulx College–Province of Quebec (1973), Daniel went on to obtain a law degree from Ottawa University–Province of Ontario (1976), and became a member of the Quebec Bar (1977). He then began his real estate career in earnest, joining the family development company full-time, learning all aspects of the business from the ground up. During the period of 1978 to present, Daniel has been a developer of numerous real estate projects with a focus primarily on the development of professional office complexes and commercial shopping centers anchored by national tenants throughout Florida.

Over the past 25 years, Daniel has become a prominent member of the South Florida real estate community, while continuing membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers and maintaining relationships within that community as well. In addition to managing the extensive development operations of TriCapita, Daniel also serves on the Board of Director’s for NatBank, an affiliate of National Bank of Canada.

Daniel’s primary focus within TriCapita is to continue building its Development business with a focus on quality projects and where appropriate implementing a “Triple Bottom Line” approach in order to maximize the quality of each project.
